The Property Stock and Business Agents Regulation 2003 (Schedule 2, Section 3) states that any offer an agent receives must be submitted in writing to their owner by the agent. Should you choose to submit your offer in writing, MADDISONS Real Estate will present this letter of offer to the owner of the subject property. MADDISONS Real Estate must keep a copy of this form, for audit purposes. Offers are required to be in writing to alleviate agents making up false offers that could disadvantage the buyer or seller.
Please complete the following particulars.
Please keep in mind, that should another buyer make a higher offer on the subject property, by law, we must pass on these offers to the seller. Therefore it is in the buyer’s best interest to offer their best price and exchange contracts as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the property. Until exchange of contracts, either party may pull out of the sale without penalty. Buyers are advised to seek independent legal advice.
This letter does not secure the property. This letter does not bind either party to the transaction. By submitting this document, (by way of email, mail, hand-delivered or faxed) I acknowledge I have retained a copy.
